I’m Gordon, the Founder of Flopace. I’m based in Glasgow where I live with my wife and 3 young children.

As a breath coach and Advanced Oxygen Advantage instructor, I specialise in teaching breathing techniques that relieve stress and enhance health & performance. If you are looking to improve your general physical health and mental wellbeing or gain a competitive advantage in amateur or elite sports - I can help. As a coach, I’ll give you the tools and techniques to enhance your breathing, resulting in improved health, physical performance and recovery putting you in a better flow state.

I’m passionate about sharing the benefits of enhancing your breathing as it has greatly impacted my own life. I’m a seasoned professional sports coach with over 20 years of international experience, mainly in Australia and Japan. After relocating back to Scotland, the pandemic and first of my 3 children being born, feeling tired and burnt out, I started to invest in my own health. At mid life, I’m back feeling the best I ever have, healthy, happy and full of energy and am now dedicated to sharing this with others.

Coaching packages are a block of 4 or 6 sessions (60 mins each), either remote or face to face depending on location. I take a personalised approach, combining Oxygen Advantage breathing exercises with mindful movement to work with your body’s natural intelligence. I provide a holistic approach to managing stress and cultivating a healthier lifestyle by restoring better and more naturally efficient breathing. Each package is tailored to your individual needs and we will progress at your pace giving you the tools you need to build breathwork into your lifestyle.
